Terms and conditions

By using Careers360 you agree to the terms below. We keep them short and readable on purpose.

Acceptable use

Use Careers360 lawfully and honestly. Do not scrape the site, attempt to bypass security, post misleading content, or use the platform to send unsolicited marketing.

Job seeker responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information in your account and applications
  • Verify the employer before sharing sensitive documents or making any payment
  • Report listings that appear fraudulent or that ask you for money

Employer responsibilities and listing standards

  • Listings must describe a genuine, currently open vacancy
  • Salary, location and job type information must be accurate
  • No fees may be charged to applicants at any stage
  • Listings must comply with South African labour and equality legislation
  • We may remove any listing that does not meet these standards

Careers360 is not the employer

Careers360 is a listing platform. We are not the employer, we are not a recruitment agency acting on your behalf, and we are not party to any hiring decision. Screening, interviews, offers and employment terms are entirely between the job seeker and the employer.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Careers360 is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a listing, from a hiring decision, or from an interruption to the service. We do not guarantee that any listing will result in an interview or employment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where you hold an account, by email.
