What we collect

• Account details you give us, such as your name and email address
• Job alert preferences, such as province, category and job type
• Basic usage information, such as which listings were opened
• Employer account details, such as company name and billing contact

How we use it

We use your information to run the service: to show you relevant listings, send the job alerts you asked for, keep accounts secure, and understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in and to measure aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though some parts of the site may then not work as expected.

Third party links

Job listings link out to employer websites. Once you leave Careers360, the privacy policy of that employer applies. We do not control what they collect and we do not receive the documents you submit to them.

Your rights

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for marketing and job alert emails at any time

POPIA compliance

Careers360 processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013. We collect only what we need, keep it for as long as it is useful to you, and apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your rights have not been respected.

How to request data removal

Email support@careers360.co.za from the address on your account with the subject line "Data removal request". We confirm the request within two working days and complete removal within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.
